I stayed one night during a work trip. Hotel rates average for cleanliness on the inside, rates as a building site on the outside. Didn't have a cooked breakfast so no comment on the food. The receptionist really needs to understand that the customers aren't responsible for her unhappy life.... I won't be using this place again.

Parkside was advertising a special rate of £55 per night inc. breakfast, which, looking at the website, offered good value for money compared with the local Premier Inn/Holiday Inn Express etc. However, when I rang to confirm they'd recieved my internet booking the gentleman who answered was absolutely adament that breakfast wasn't included, despite the offer being on the website....
