As Holiday Inns go this is one of the more welcoming and friendly ones I've been to. Different design and layout to others but this is because it used to be a Courtyard Marriott. Room very comfortable and, most importantly, quiet, even though I faced the main road (effective double glazing). Staff were very attentive and friendly, and seemed to make an extra effort - again refreshing for a mainly business hotel. Very quiet but that may be because it was a Monday night in February. Quality of food high and arrived quickly. I would stay here again if I needed to be in the area. more
