Excellent stay. My empoyers travel booking service had made an error in my booking, the Premier Inn reception staff contacted them directly a number of times and managed to get the issue resolved. The staff at reception and in the breakfast restaurant were all friendlly and welcoming throughtout my stay. I would recommend this Premier in to anyone staying in... More

Whilst the room we had for our night stay was very clean, the only thing we found was that it was to warm in the room. with no way of cooling it down apart from opening window, that would only open a small gap owing to security cable fitted to window

This is one of the best Premier Hotels I have used, nice and clean, very comfortable with friendly staff . Ok not a two week holiday type hotel but for a few nights it really ticks all the boxes. Oh yes try the Toby inn restaurant next door £6.50 for 2 course mid week roast meal......excellent.

I went with a group of friends for a days riding in the Chilterns. We booked early so the fixed room rates plus breakfast was fantastic value. I turned up early and was able to check in sooner than planned. The night porter found room to store our bikes which was extremely helpful. The receptionists and cleaners were friendly and... More

Stayed one night in my home town whilst visiting family. Hotel in a good location with plenty of onside free car parking. Clean pleasant rooms, we had one at the back of the hotel with lovely river views and across to nearby Caversahm Heights. One downside for us, the rooms hearing had packed up and so the room was freezing... More

Stayed here during Christmas while visiting family. Great location neaR Central Reading but in a quiet location. Great welcome in arrival. Usual facilities and standards. Breakfast is good value with plenty of choice and as much as you can eat. Would stay again.

Hotel was very good but the toby restaurant was very restrictive....just a carvery on offer...which was very heavy for me when I arrived at 9:00pm in the evening. The car-park is very cramped....oh..and then the traffic in Reading in the morning...unbelievable...took me over half an hour to do around 2 miles....and this is the one reason I would not stay... Stayed here on a Saturday asked for room at rear but got put in a room right at end of hotel on front with pub bins below window could hear constant bottles being tipped away and staff stand there to smoke. Hotel and staff are nice but dont get a room at front . Handy hotel for casino over road
