Nice location, reasonable room and fairly good restaurant. Quite a distance from Reading town centre, but close enough to the station to walk there with a half hourly service into Reading. As good as anywhere I've stayed in Reading.

It's not a bad place. Very homely and welcoming. Nice restaurant and garden, but too hot in the summer! The rooms and bathrooms are quite basic, but adequate. That probably describes the place well. Adequate.
