We stayed for one night in the beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean "Flat" room. Martha could not have been friendlier or more helpful, and her breakfast was just right. Parking was easy, it was only a 5-minute walk to Blenheim Palace grounds - no need to drive - and we found Woodstock to be a lovely, friendly town.

We stayed for one night to enjoy Blenheim Palace and Woodstock. Lovely B&b on the high street so easy to do and see everything. Loved the massive four poster bed and bath. Gorgeous home from home house. Delicious breakfast and great host Martha.

We stayed for one night in the 'flat' which was light and spacious and furnished with many interesting antiques. We were disappointed by the standard of cleanliness of the furnishings/accessories/curtains/carpets, which were in need of a good wash, dust, polish. The full English breakfast was also disappointing as it was cold and oily and it was not possible to sit... More

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at Pollen B&B and really enjoyed our stay. Martha, our host was very pleasant and accommodating and cooked an excellent English breakfast. Our top floorroom was comfortable, with a nice view out over rooftops. A bit of a climb up the stairs but not a problem. Our only difficulty was finding the... More

Stayed there for a single night. Martha, the host who is actually the manager of this B and B was very friendly and discreet. The top floor room we stayed showed signs of wear and tear but airy and functional. The breakfast was very good and cooked in front of us. She bothered to adapt the English Breakfast for my... More

Quite quirky rooms - we moved from the smaller, Muddle, to the flat so saw both. 4 poster beds in both rooms. Breakfast good but asked what we wanted the night before. The flat is very large with 2 single beds and a double in separated room. Baths in both rooms.

This is a quaint and somewhat exotic B&B furnished in a very eclectic style by its American owner. Situated in a Georgian/ Tudor building over a flower shop in the high street, our room consisted of two rooms, one of which contained the modern bathroom. It was furnished with a mixture of English and Indian object d'art. There was stuff... More

I spent 6 nights at Pollen B and B with my wife and mother-in-law and we found it very cosy and friendly. We were in the "family room" at the second floor, with two beds (and a couch -- the suite would accommodate a family with several children equally well). We faced the street, but the town is quiet and... More

Amazing place that stay. Fits in nicely with the old feel of the historic town. The owner takes every opportunity to make you feel at home to the point where it no longer feels like a hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay that is friendly and hospitable then The Pollen is the place for you!
