We stayed here for our daughter's graduation. We had a family room which was great for 3 of us. It is 3km from central Oxford but the buses were very regular and we bought day passes. Breakfast was great and served from 730 or 8 am

This small quality hotel-style B&B ticks all the right boxes. For once the bed-size matched the description on Booking.com. It was a super large international-sized king bed that was actually between 180-201 cm wide! The room was spacious and comfortable as was the modern ensuite bathroom. Quality toiletries, biscuits, spring water and coffee making facilities were in the room. A... More

I had booked this place off the back of very solid Trip Advisor reviews. In the end, we decided to stay on with friends; the problem, was that I could only communicate this to the Remont hotel 24 hours before, and there is a 72 hour free cancellation policy, so we would forego the entire amount for the 2 rooms... We stayed 6 days for a meeting.nThe hotel was recently refurbished and was a great place to stay, especially given the frequency and efficiency of the buses. The staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfasts were very good in a sunny warm room. We could walk to the leisure centre and swimming pool and it was 10-15 min very... More

We recently stayed four nights in a 'superior' room and we're pleased in all respects with our stay. Our room was in the extension and at the back of the house, so we did not have any problems with traffic noise. Good room and excellent breakfast; helpful staff; ten minutes walk from Summertown shops and restaurants (where there are some... More

We were staying in Oxford overnight for a function and needed a bed to rest our head! Well, what a lovely place this was. Fab room - it was facing the main road and with the windows open it was quite noisey but we knew that before booking. Room was more than adequate - clean, comfy and everything we needed.... More

Frequent visitors to Britain are painfully aware of the decline of proper English breakfasts at guest houses in urban areas. All too many English B&Bs have made compromises in their attempt to satisfy the full range of dietary expectations that arise among visitors to a metropolitan area. Not so the Remont hotel, which, year in and year out, visit after... More

FANTASTIC is the word I will use to describe Remont. My choice of Remont, although it takes 10 mins by bus to go to city centre where I was attending a training, was a very good choice. I got to see the suburbs, it is in Northern Oxford. It is in a residential area but very near Summertown Center. Buses... More

I stayed two nights for business and was extremely impressed by this hotel styled B and B. The room was excellent, bed very comfy, stylish and the bathroom and shower was fantastic. The breakfast was fresh, despite being a buffet style and the staff were attentive and very pleasant. I forgot my charger and the staff were more than helpful... More

Visited this hotel on a business trip to the Oxford area. Would classify it as a high-end B&B as opposed to a boutique hotel. No real bar or restaurant service to speak of. No mini-bar or fridge in the room which would be nice. Quite a distance out from the town centre so most guests would need to take a... More
