My stay was not for pleasure, my husband was having heart valve replacement surgery at the Manor Hospital in Headington. I needed somewhere close, inexpensive but comfortable. This place ticked all the boxes in my opinion. The hotel is at the top of the Banbury Road in Summertown (the name depicts the location and the ambience perfectly), the location is... More

I stayed at Remont last night and was very impressed. Although I arrived in the late evening the welcome from the staff in attendance was really warm and friendly. My room was immaculate and modern and very cosy. I had asked for a quiet room and indeed this was quiet enough for my needs although a little close to the... More

For an overnight stay close to Oxford and Bicester this is a well located boutique style of hotel. We had a superior double in the annexe which was very good with a large flat screen tv and a settee. The only down side is that there was no lift as in the main part but one flight of stairs is... More

This lovely place provides a great resting place after a long day of travel. On a main road but quiet room, good breakfast, clean and comfortable. Price is reasonable for this area. Bus route is easily accessible and bus comes frequently. all modern amenities are available.

Stayed here with some friends for one night. Free parking, easy to find, reasonably priced. The hotel is a bit out of Oxford but as others have mentioned it is on the main bus route into the city and there are numerous stops along the road. The room was modern, very clean with en-suite facilities however in my room (10)... More

Stayed here on a business trip, rooms were nice and clean with en-suite facilities. It is more of a B&B, but I found it very reasonably priced compared to the other places I searched. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking on premises. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for one night we new the hotel was a bit out of town but no problem as there is a bus which takes about 15min into town. The room was well equipped with tea making and clean nice sheets the breakfast was nice with good ingredients but no common area or bar, it is more like a B&B... More

This hotel definitely has a boutique feel and finish to it - it's very smart throughout and the room we stayed in was of a good standard. Despite the name it doesn't have a hotel feel to it and neither does it have the warm charm or character of a classic B&B. Location is a couple of miles out from... More

Do not pay more to stay in the centre of Oxford. This is only 15 minutes from St Giles via a nice bus ride through Summertown and down the Banbury road. Hotel is very quiet (we had a room at the back and heard no traffic), rooms spotless, bed firm and super-comfy,if you want to spend time in your room,... More

This small contemporary, boutique hotel is a gem. Everything was very good including a fabulous breakfast and we will definitely return. I would urge anyone visiting Oxford to stay. Leave car in their car park and travel into town by the numerous buses which go by. Buy a daily ticket if you are going on more than one bus ride.... More
