We stayed here overnight as a base for lunching at the Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons. (The taxi fare was just over £11 each way.) We were impressed by the unspoilt and peaceful location. We were accommodated upstairs in the Annex: modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our room had shower, but no bath; nor could we discover a shaver point, but... More

Beautifully presented room ,with sitting area a lovely views over fields. Excellent kitchen again with great views very open and airy. Very tastefully decorated a real home away from home. Our host could not have been more helpful. We only stayed for 2 nights would have loved to stay longer! Could very highly recommend this B and B.

I highly recommend Home Farm House having enjoyed staying here several times. The rooms are light, beautifully presented and have very comfortable beds with crisp bed linen. There is a kettle with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. The bathrooms have great showers and everywhere is spotlessly clean. I've stayed in rooms in the main house and... I was sad to say goodbye to Sonja & Robert today, I've been a regular visitor for the last three years while studying for a post grad at nearby Brookes University, but the course is finished so I'm unlikely to need to stay again. No matter what time I arrived, sometimes late in the evening after a long journey &... More

I contacted the owner to enquire about room availabilities for February. The owner was originally polite and offered me a room/rate for that period. I then (politely) asked if I could possibly have a look at the room and facilities. The room is for my father who is elderly and has special needs related to his condition. The owner then... More

The original enquiry telephone call appeared to be suspicious and was vague about the required dates at which point I suggested an alternative local B & B. At no time during this telephone conversation was I informed that the room was for his elderly father with special needs. I did not find out about his father until a subsequent email... More

We stayed at Home Farm House after a cooking course at Le Manoir. We were greeted by the owners and Toby the dog on arrival and shown to our room in the Annexe. The room was really clean, bright and airy, very homely. The bathroom had a small shower, sink and toilet again absolutely spotless. We also had a access... More

We stayed here on the occasion of our son's wedding at Le Manoir aux quatre Saisons (3 miles away). We couldn't have asked for more. We had three bedrooms and a large kitchen/sitting area in the self contained property, set in lovely grounds. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. Sonja, the owner kindly let us go early so... This has to be one of the best B&Bs we've ever stayed in. Obviously it's proximity to Oxford and to Le Manoir gives it a head start, but when you get such a terrific welcome from Sonja (and the dog), a lovely large room with up-to-date en-suite in the annex, and, possibly the most important, really comfortable beds, as well... Stayed for one night prior to dining at Le Manoir (just 10 minutes away). Stayed in the annex which was bright, warm and extremely comfortable. Sonja really friendly and helpful. Breakfast taken in the main house was very good. So much more than a B&B would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay on the outskirts of Oxford.

A friend and I stayed for 1 night before going to Le Manior for a Cookery Course. We had thought we might be late arriving and Sonja had gone out of her way to make things easy for us. As it was we were in time to go out and eat locally. We both had lovely rooms with our own... More
