I stayed at the Red Mullions guest house in late January 2016 the night before an interview and had a fantastic stay. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and helpful and my room was perfect for a relaxing night. Great location and regular cheap buses into Oxford just outside the front door. Breakfast in the morning had everything... More

It's clean and peaceful. The service is welcoming and friendly, they instantly make you smile too. The breakfast is fresh and sufficient. I have only positive memories of my recent 2 night stay at this guest house.

My family and I spent a night at the Red Mullions. Martin was absolutely amazing and so friendly! Our wonderful experience began even before we arrived, when the hotel contacted us on our projected arrival time and subsequently allowed us to check in once we arrived in the morning! Martin was an absolute help in all ways. The room was... More

I am an External Examiner at Oxford Brookes Uni and twice a year, I have to go to Oxford. I have to spend at least one night in a Hotel/B&B in the Headington area and I discovered the Red Mullions about 2 years ago and ever since, I have never felt the need to find another hotel. I have always... More

Stayed here recently while in Oxford for work. I found the room to be clean and comfortable, the proprietor friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast excellent. Could not ask for more. Would recommend to friends or family.

First time staying at Red Mullions but really impressed. We had a very warm welcome and the room was great; spacious and well equipped. Getting into Oxford was easy with a bus stop only a short walk away. Our room was on the front of the property but was very quiet. The breakfast was really good and the staff were... More

Red Mullions is a little more expensive than some of the other guest houses in the area, but rooms are very comfortable clean and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was, considering its location on the very busy London Road, ideally situated for our visit to Oxford Brookes University and on a main bus route to... I'm here now with my wife and mother in law for my brother in law's wedding. All I can say is, spot on. Accomodation, food, service, price...everything. When in Oxford, this is our place. No need to go elsewhere. As a B&B, this is as close to if not already, perfect.
