We were looking for a hotel convenient to the John Radcliffe Hospital. Red Mullions was ideal being only a 5 minute walk from the Hospital. The welcome was really warm, the room very clean and well-appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We will use Red Mullions again. Many thanks for owners.

We had an event in Oxford and were booking late - this was the one of the last places we could find a family room - but what a stroke of luck. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenage children) and often we struggle in family rooms as my kids are too big to comfortably share the... More

This was my first stay in B&B and it was a great surprise. The room was big and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was way better than most of the chain hotels I used to stay. This warm place is highly recommended to all visiting Oxford.

This was a one night stay needed for a weekend of delivering Christmas presents to family and Red Mullions was ideally situated for us being five minutes drive from the ring road. We arrived earlier than expected and were shown our room location, where everything was and given a key for later - the owners were lovely and such a... More

This is a pleasant B&B with very welcoming and attentive owners. My schedule only allowed for a one night stop here but it was relaxing and free of all traffic noise. The interior décor is contemporary yet subtle in tones and colours. The shower cubicle was of a reasonable size and had instant hot water. If there was one downside,... More

Dear rwbcab Thanks for a great write up particualy the high praise of our breakfasts! We must say it took us a little while to track down the course of the humming and have eliminated the problem (thanks for the heads up on that one). We look forward to welcoming you back in the New Year. Warmest wishes Martin, Rhoda... More

On entering this guest house I noticed the smell of fresh paint - always a good sign indicating that the owners take a pride in their premises and this proved to be true. Everything was spotlessly clean, neat and tidy. I stayed in room 17 and although a tad on the small size it was adequate for one-person. The absence... More

We arrived in Oxford after a prolongued journey to be welcomed warmly by Martin. His and Rhoda's hospitality were faultless throughout our short stay. Armed with handed a city map, advice on places not to miss and suggestions as to return bus services back up the hill to Headington, we headed off for a relaxed walk around the city. Our... More
