It's ok as a stop off for one night, the bedsheets have been washed with starch as my skin flared up immediately and the staff were ok.

This was a most pleasant stay after a fairly long drive from North Wales and nicely situated just off the M40 for our trip to Highclere Castle the following day. Staff were very welcoming and informative and the room was more than adequate. Everything very clean with ample toiletries and coffee, tea etc. The hotel is attached to a Motorway... More

Our bathroom was not clean as there were plenty of hair collected in the drain of the bath tube (I am not fussy but this has to be pointed out). In another room the radiator switch remained in my hands and the radiator itself did not work at all (old radiator). We were given a new room. Average hotel and... More

Stayed for one night before a local triathlon, The staff were lovely and friendly and stored our bikes overnight. The room was basic, with white walls and a bright light but comfortable and clean. The hotel is nothing inspiring but perfectly fine for a night or two and we were made very welcome.

The hotel is very average, standard sized room with restaurant. I wasn't too impressed with the customer service, sat down for a meal and was waiting ages. The staff never told me you had to order from reception, has to phone twice for an iron and waited about 45 minutes for it to come.

Firstly, this is a DAYS INN, not Ramada, as the stickers on the mirror in my bathroom reminded me. Maybe some rooms have been upgraded, but mine certainly hadn't! No power shower, not even any hot water on the evening of the 30th March. Cigarette burn stains in the sink, carpet poorly cleaned and the whole room has a 'funky'... More

Booked in a group of 12 of us here, which was simply done on the hotels website, at a great price. Rooms we had were all recently re-fitted twins; compact, but well formed, with nicely finished en-suites with powerful showers. Free Wifi and parking. Staff really friendly. Didn't go for the breakfast, as preferred options available at the services next... More

Stayed at the Ramada on Thursday 19th March and Friday 20th March 2015. NO HOT WATER on Thursday or early Friday. What annoyed me was that we weren't even told as we booked in about the problem they were having. We had to ask. I usually stay at Travelodge or Premier Inn for these short stopover visits. I thought that... More
