It is not close to the city centre but it's just 10 minutes drive. Parking facilities and continental breakfast are free. Very clean and quiet hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend it for a short stay, excellent value for money. more
I feel a bit reluctant to give this hotel 3 out of 5 because I would gladly stay here again. The reason for the low score is the fact that it is 5 miles south of Oxford and realistically you need a car to stay here. Dear Guest Thank you for comments, I am very pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Although we do not have a restaurant in the hotel there are two within 4/5 minute walk of the hotel. There is also a large leisure club (with pool, gym, etc) adjoining the restaurants, which hotel residents can use for a special rate. Kind regards...
lovely hotel chain, no quibbles with the room, breakfast etc so I would use this chain again. HOWEVER, I didn't realise that it was so far out of town. had to drive 2 miles to the park and ride to get into town (there is a bus stop outside the hotel but gave up after 30 minutes waiting) more

The buses number 1 & 5 from Pegasus Rd run far more frequently, every 5-8/12 minutes. Alternatively taxis are very popular. Kind regards...
We chose this hotel on the basis of cost, location and reviews. The greeting at reception was routine and fairly abrupt but no different from most budget chains. Had a lovely stay here but agree with previous reviewer, transport is needed. Found the staff friendly and informative. Have cinema and restaurant within walking distance which was handy. Added bonus for us was a car boot sale on Sunday in the car park of the stadium next door just round the corner. Hotel and breakfast very good. more

It was clean and basic and in the middle of nowhere like a Premier Inn. The cleanliness was just about OK, bathroom wasn't sparkling and the windows were grubby. Dear Guest, I am sorry that you were disappointed with the hotel and also the pool opening times. The club is independent from the hotel and children's access times are 2-5 during the week & 12-4 at weekends. All our bedrooms have power showers, we do not have baths. Kind regards Chris Mason
