Recently stayed for one night in the ground floor room. It was cosy, warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The ensuite shower room was compact but had everything needed. I absolutely loved my stay. Small touches such as bottled water on the hospitality tray and a cafetiere of coffee at breakfast make a real difference. Carol is a perfect host and... More

Host Carol is delightful and very helpful. My small room had a double bed, was well appointed and very comfortable, with a lovely little ensuite bathroom with a good shower. The little extra thoughtful touches were noticeable; ease of wifi access, bottle of mineral water, extra soft bath mat, plenty of pillows (I often have trouble with pillows that are... More

This B & B is totally spotless inside and outside, it has free off road parking and is a short walk into the centre of Oxford. Fabulous breakfast served in a conservatory with views out to a beautifully manicured garden.

Easily the best b&b we have ever stayed in - we spent two nights here and left wishing we could have stayed longer. Our small double room on the ground floor was just as advertised - compact yet cozy, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Being at the rear of the property, it was also very quiet. We truly felt home... More

Good location near the city centre of Oxford (15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by bus) in a pretty environment. Very friendly staff. Top breakfast. Rooms are very clean and the bed is excellent. Easy parking. Just note that the rooms are not so large (as usual in in England)

The owner Carol was extremely courteous and the single room was spotless, with great facilities including tea-making. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent, held in a lovely conservatory, with a view of the very well-arranged garden. All in all, well worth the walk down the Abingdon Road!

We have just returned from a two night stay at the Cornerways Guest House, we had a lovely break. Carol is very welcoming and attentive, she was extremely helpful with local information especially bus services...etc and we really benefitted from her advice. The Guest House is in an ideal situation, 20 minutes walk into the City Centre or use the... More

The Hostess was warm and friendly with a nice warm welcome, however having just arrived from France would have welcomed a cup of tea, but was told there was facilities in the room! The tea making equipment was on a tray slid under the table, so I was too tired at that stage to get it out and plug it... More

Carol is a lovely woman who treated us well during our stay. Breakfast was fine, fresh and cooked to order. Our room was ample because we booked the 'family room' with an extra bed, which gave us somewhere to put our luggage. We did share one safety concern and we don't think Carol was listening: The stair way is steep,... More
