Stayed here for 1 night after being transferred from an original booking at tree house (it had damp and ceilings collapsed so my booking was changed). One night on business, paid 64 pounds - rooms were clean and contained all essentials, decent cooked breakfast and on the main road into oxford so public transport very useful (5-10 mins by bus) more

i stayed here for two nights whilst on a course in Oxford. On arrival at reception I was offered apple juice or water, a nice touch after a long journey. Ideally situated, 30 minute walk from Oxford and on a direct bus route. The rooms are very large and well equipped and breakfast is taken in the room.
