I was made welcomed as soon as I entered the hotel. I was guided to my room which is very rare these days.My room and shower were very clean. Exellent breakfast in a very pleasant dining room and enjoyed an extra cup of coffee sitting in the garden. I shall definitely stay at the Galaxie next time I visit Oxford. more

Where do I start? Owner that tells bare-faced lies, uncooked sausage (with no apology from the chef/waiting staff - ignored by first waitress!), sleepless night, tiny bedroom, trickle of a shower, noisy road (useless single glazing) and to top it all off, a wedged-open firedoor that I was not allowed to keep closed.
