This B&B is a great place to stay, mainly for the convenience of being just 10' away from the city centre. Breakfast is very good, rooms are large and comfortable and hotel staff, very friendly. I'd say it was a bit more expensive than I expected to pay, but city was so crowded that options were reduced. In the end... More

The welcome was nice enough. However once up to the room it was a rather depressing room with the smallest TV I have seen. The bed was creaky and was just strange decor with old furniture. Definitely in need of some TLC. The breakfast was really lovely though and so were the staff at breakfast. I paid 90 pounds which... More

We were very pleased with our choice of B&B. Just a 15 minute walk into the centre of Oxford. Clean. Quiet at night so a good night's sleep. Everything we needed in the room and a very good powerful shower. Very friendly hosts who kindly allowed us to leave our luggage for a while on the morning of our departure... More

I travel a lot with my job and I really liked the Falcon. It's very clean, comfortable and the rooms are very reasonably sized for Oxford. The breakfast is lovely with a good choice of traditional English and continental options. The location is good, quite but on a 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

Lovely B&B -room 4 -small but adequate & overlooking car park so was quiet - as per previous comments-breakfast tea weird-a teapot full of hot water arrived but by the time you realise that it is just water & not your tea brewing it is not hot enough to make tea! Otherwise lovely-walked into Oxford & if you like Thai... More

Clean, comfortable room. Parking round the back, a bonus in Oxford. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Oxford. Good breakfast included in the price. Found and booked it through booking.com. The price was very reasonable compared to many other hotels we looked at. For 2 nights (Fri & Sat) it was £150. Overall good B&B for a weekend trip... More

I stayed here with 2 friends a few weeks ago and having read trip advisor reviews I wasn't sure what to expect, however having arrived at the hotel slightly early we were greeted and checked in.. such a plus having travelled and with the rain! We were defiantly pleasantly surprised by the room... it was so spacious which is just... More

Very comfortable double room (9),situated on the first floor to the rear of hotel, only slight downside was that I couldn't find the information booklet in order to phone reception for the wifi password !Full English breakfast was very tasty, although I was confused when my pot of tea was a pot of boiling water, into which I had to place a teabag,also... Stayed here for one night over the Christmas/New Year period. We arrived a couple of hours early, however we were allowed to put our bags in our room immediately, allowing to head straight into the city. About a ten minute walk to the city centre, on the same road as the entrance to Christ Church College. The room was clean... More

We stayed here for two nights for a society dinner. The rooms weren't enormous, but even though we were in the attic (room 16), they were large enough to get around comfortably and easy. En suite was small, but clean. Breakfast service was great, and they were happy to accomodate us and provide extras with our full english breakfasts. We... More
