The Falcon was easy to find with sufficient Parking and a flat easy 15 minute walk into Oxford Centre. We were in Room 8 which is situated at the Front it had a Four Poster Bed and the room was a good size. A little Road noise but not off putting. Breakfast was prompt and efficient which all in all... Falcon is a clean B&B at walking distance from the centre of Oxford, i.e. about 15-20 min. There is no reception but there is someone always available if you ring the bell at the entrance. The door is locked after a certain time in the evening and you can enter by entering your code at the entrance. The breakfast was ok... More

We have stayed at a few Hotels / B&B`s in Oxford over the last 4 years. Wish we had tried this one first, as overall it was the best. Good location, slow 15min walk to centre. Clean room, Good breakfast, Friendly Staff. Value for money. Ample off street parking at the rear of the hotel. I left my camera in... More

Efficiently run, clean and comfortable B & B an easy walk from Oxford town centre. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size and appear to have been recently refurbished. Very good breakfast - lovely staff in the dining room.

The location of the Falcon is great for visitor who want to walk into the centre of Oxford. This was our 6th visit over the last 8 years, but our first for the last 3 years. In that time, it looks like the place has had a bit of a refurb and the rooms are clean and pleasant. The staff... More

I feel I must reply to the previous review, especially as we were in the breakfast room when the previous reviewer said to the waitress "Do you want to get the worst review ever on Tripadvisor!" so I am not surprised they were made to wait for their breakfast after such rudeness. The Falcon is easy to find off the... More

We have made approximately 10 visits to The Falcon at various times during the past 7 years. Sometimes there have been two adults in the group, sometimes eight adults. The hotel is well situated close to the city centre and ammenities. The parking area is a real boon. Previous visits have always been a pleasing experience, hence our repeated business.... More

Not in the most salubrious part of town, The Falcon is only about a 10-minute walk into central Oxford. Although on a busy road, the room we had was very quiet. The room was newly decorated and a good size. The bathroom was clean and functional. A hospitality tray was very generous with nice biscuits and a good range of... More

We spent one night here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to park our car there for free and then walk 10 minutes into Oxford city centre. The place is clean and modern, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. Excellent value for money considering that it appears to be pretty... More

A great place for a fleeting visit to Oxford. We used to live in Oxford so are only too aware of the over-priced and poor quality places that many people get tricked into staying in. This place is NOT one of those though! Nicely decorated, comfortable rooms which are super clean and have a decent bathroom. Amazing breakfasts with a... More
