Stayed for my hen party in the room in the eves, lovely room, comfy beds and nice little bathroom. Had another 2 rooms in the hotel and both other couples were happy. Lovely breakfast, lots of it. Little bit of a walk to town tho so pack some comfy shoes.

Booked last minute and got a newly refurbished room with all you would need. Everything was better than standard and included an expresso machine, fridge with fresh milk in it, safe and bath robes. (£140 per night). 15 minute walk to the city centre and it has its own car park. The quality of the breakfast was 1st class although... More

I had asked the owners to make the trip special for my mom's birthday and they did...bottle of chilled Prosecco on arrival and flowers as ordered. Room was spotless, bed and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom okay for us, but could be difficult if you were a little larger. Reasonable response to the owners bell. Lovely breakfast, but would have liked... More

Nice clean and large rooms (we stayed in a family room). Location was great, 5 minute walk from centre of Oxford, close to tesco metro and Christ church college. Lovely breakfast, friendly and welcoming.

Booked here for one night in June because hard to find two double rooms at reasonable price. 90 pounds for one room, good location--only a ten minute walk from colleges and city centre. Secure parking lot in rear was a plus. A Londis off-licence next door. Room was small but functional. Breakfast was excellent, quick service in basement breakfast room... More

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon in England, during which we stayed two nights at the Falcon. We had room 16, what seemed like the smallest room in the house. It was also one of the, if not the most inexpensive room at 90 pounds--not inexpensive in dollars. We definitely traded comfort for value in this case.... More

This B&B is close to Oxford city centre and has ample private parking. My room was surprisingly spacious and tastefully decorated. There were complimentary soft drinks, a coffee machine, wide screen TV and a rather nice shower robe, all of which I wasn't expecting in a B&B

Plus: Good secure car park. Quite centrally located. Good breakfast. Clean Minus: Staff care factor is pretty low and offhand. (eg my daugter was very unwell and in bed unable to get up for a hole day. Was told that I could not take food to the room. When I questioned this politely (as in, there are tea and biscuits... Our room, 15, was a pleasant and clean family room. The room was big enough for the 4 of us, 2 pieces of large luggage and 1 medium luggage. It faces the main road. There is no building opposite the room, just an open field. Although traffic noise could be heard, it was not loud enough to affect our sleep... More

Arrived in Oxford at 12 lunch time check in was 2 but was greeted with a warm and friendly service. The room wasn't ready but went on a tour so wasn't needed for a couple of hours. Was given good advice about shopping and eateries. Arrived back to a spacious clean room, double poster bed, shower no bath but was... More
