Had a very pleasant 2 day stay here over the Bank Holiday weekend. Bed was very comfortable and the room was well cleaned. Staff were extremely helpful and returned my lost property to me very quickly. Would stay again if I wanted inexpensive accommodation in Oxford

Enjoyed good couple of nights, room tidy and great location to explore the city. Breakfast was good but it would of been nice to have the offer of some fresh fruit as well. The only thing we didn't like was we at to leave our room key on table in the hallway on leaving,it would of been nice to thank the... More

This B&B is located about 10 mins walk (OK I'm a fast walker) from the centre of Oxford. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and the cooked english breakfast was delicious.

Stayed for two nights and found the Falcon to be a great base to explore Oxford from, 15 minute walk to the centre or a bit longer to take the path along the river. Our room was clean and very comfortable, room 10 I think, it faces a quiet side street and had gorgeous sunset views over the roof tops.... More

We stayed for two nights at the height of the season. The place is very clean and well cared for and the room was in fact exceptional for cleanliness. The location is just a 15 minute walk to central Oxford or there is a Bus stop right there. Two Stores a Laundromat and a Pub on the same block. The staff from... More

Nice hotel, friendly staff, cozy room, breakfast fine. Good value for Money. If you´re loking for a cheap hotel where everything functions, this definitely is the place. The only negative thing to say is that it is situated a bit long from the citycenter and that there is no elevator.

We spent two nights at the Falcon. It's an easy bus ride from the trail station. Location is an easy walk, but away from the noise & night life of downtown Oxford. Rooms were adequate in size, manager friendly & helpful. Breakfast was typical English. Quiet rooms.

This was my first stay at a B&B and I was cautious at first, especially about the cleanliness part. The Falcon was a pleasant surprise. It's actually one of the cleanest places I've stayed and certainly the cleanest I've stayed in the UK. The place seemed either just refurbished or very we'll looked after. Everything was spotless. Very comfortable and... More

I have had difficulty finding accommodation of this price, location and standard in Oxford, which increases my satisfaction with the Falcon. This is my second stay. It is not central, but only takes 20 min. to walk into town. Other conveniences (for the not-just-the-weekend traveller) are the launderette a few shops up and the little grocery store and coffee shop.... More
