Hotel's facilities, service and position for visiting Oxford were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. Room clean and comfortable. They have a big car park where you can leave your car and take the park and ride bus, which is just round the corner.

I got a voucher offer from a friend to visit the ‘spa’ here for 2 treatments. I was looking forward to some luxury pampering but was disappointed with the venue and treatments. Although a very nice hotel, it was not at all luxurious. It was odd to wait in a robe right next to the glass fronted gym. The beautician... More

Arrived here 22nd August for a 2 night stop over for a family wedding, was initially given a small double room but as we arrived early thought we'd try and see if we could get a larger one. After a few minutes speaking to the girl on the front desk ( Rachael ) we were given a bigger room. As... More

Stayed 3 nights, asked for ground floor room and got one. Clean, functional, and excellent value. Staff, attentive, well presented and helpful at all times. This hotel is mainly on the foreign tourist route and everyone appeared very happy with what they had. We did not eat in the restaurant, but the buffet breakfast was one of the best we... More

We spent the weekend in this hotel, and because of the way everything worked out we were checking in quite late. Despite having a reservation we didn't appear on the hotels systems. The desk staff we're very accommodating, and although frustrating, it was sorted out in a very professional and fast manner. Once in the room we found a very... More

The hotel is obviously geared up for conferences and meetings but also provides a great base for leisure/sightseeing in and around Oxford. The number 6 bus stops less than 100 metres from the hotel and will have you in the city centre in 10 minutes or so. Parking is VERY expensive in the town centre. Although very near the A... More

Stayed here in August 2014. Its a decent business hotel. Most of the guests are business travellers. Hotel is 10 minutes from Oxford. Hotel is clean. A little on the older side. so there is a lack of luxury, and "finish"...But it is a clean hotel. Free WiFi... although in my room it was not reliable. In lobby it was... More

Booked a deal through Secret Escapes which included £50.00 credit to be used towards food, drink etc during our stay. Hotel in good location with large car park and close to bus stop into the city. The room itself was clean and comfortable especially the bed. Adequate hanging space, ironing facilities etc. The exterior of the hotel itself is fine... More

This place was perfectly nice. Nice room, good bathroom, ok choice for breakfast but not exactly the best quality ingredients for the hot breakfast. The evening dinner was nice. I had the £99 spa offer with a treatment, room and dinner. Unfortunately the therapist had to go home ill so I didn't get my treatment but they did refund me... More

The room was fine, clean, a reasonable size and comfortable bed. The food in the resaturant was mostly good, some portions a little on the small side. Eastern European staff did not always understand your food and drinks order. I would stay at this hotel again.
