Comfortable stay - convenient to Oxford. Helpful staff who put us in a room well away from a noisy hen party! Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good, evening meal tries to be too "Masterchef" but was O.K. as part of a DB&B deal.

Booked 3 rooms here for a family stay in Oxford. Convenient location on the outskirts. Pleasant reception area and simple check-in. Went to room and it was extremely hot. It's 1:30 a.m., and the rooms around me are full of partiers. I was startled awake by one particular lad who ran down the hallway screaming and pounding on doors. The hotel provided better lip service about it than the rest of their services (and I use that word loosely). It's a shame because the room is perfectly serviceable.
