Le manoir aux quat saisons has some simply amazing food by anyone's standards. It falls short on conventional hotel facilities as there is no spa and no pool for instance. The rooms are ok. The one we satyed in was quite small and felt a little too used for my liking, but the hotel has infinite charm. The service ,... more

Had a great stay for my wifes 50th birthday. 1 night B&B + meal = £800. A special night which we both enjoyed. Never to be repreated unless we win the lottery. It is very exclusive hence the price. Only 32 rooms & 180 staff so you are never far from someone wanting to help you. Beautifull room + hotel... more

My husband and I and our two friends spent the day at Le Manoir for a birthday lunch in early July. It was a quite unforgettable experience. Everything about Le Manoir is perfect. The house and setting is quite beautiful and the grounds lovely. The gardens themselves are delightful, almost worth a visit for themselves. We were blessed with lovely... more

We arrived to celebrate our civil partnership and we could not have been more delighted with the entire experience. The staff are fantastic; polite and interested in talking to you.We actually asked for something that wasn't on the menu and the waiter simply said 'Sir, nothing is impossible at Le Manoir! We stayed in the Dovecote which we would highly... more

We spent two nights at Le Manoir to celebrate my birthday and retirement. I'd never visited a Michelin starred establishment before but as a keen foodie I was tuned to every nuance of the menu and wine list. Our room was Anais, a cool, sophisticated and pleasing suite with well-appointed bathroom (with tv) and many thoughtful touches which made us... more

My husband & I spent a memorable Monday night at Le Manoir on the midweek break package to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary. We were given the room "Cameo" which I suspect was the least opulent of the smartest rooms available, but was comfortable and cozy. The five course dinner was nothing short of miraculous. Do ask the Sommelier to... more

My husband bought a Le Manoir lunch token for my Christmas present asI had enjoyed the two te levision series of The Restaurant. Although we were not staying at the hotel, due to its incredibly high prices, we planned to stay nearby for the night to enable us to truly relax and enjoy the day. We decided to wait until... more

My (now) wife and I got married here on the 14th May. From start to finish we were treated as though we were the most special guests in the Hotel. We had asked for an early check in (so my wife could get ready). The room was ready at 12.20... amazing considering the size of the suite (we stayed in... more

We booked in for our wedding anniversaty on a midweek break. £690 including the classic 5 course menu. I asked for a bottle of house champagne and a signed book as a surprise for my wife. They were there in our room on arrival very nicely packaged. The room also had fruit, madeira and water to hand. We were met... more

We took the midweek break in a superior room which my wife booked as a birthday treat. She chose the Hollyhock as it was in the main house - and for the internet pictures of a fabulous 17th century wooden four poster bed. The room was gorgeous but we were disappointed to find there was no 17th century four poster... more
