A bit off the beaten track, on a busy through road lies this guest house run by two lovely elderly people and their son. They do a mean cooked breakfast, there's plenty of fresh fruit to take with you for later and their coffee is among the best I have tasted in Blighty. Room and bathroom were modestly sized and... Stayed for 2 nights on June. Room was basic but very clean. First night we got a room facing the road which was very noisy, so we asked to move and got a room facing the back which was quieter but didn't have en-suite, It wasn't bad since there were only 2 rooms sharing the bathroom on that floor. Hosts... More

We paid £98 per night which was one of the cheaper b&b's we could find in the area. So it seems a normal price for Oxford for this rather low standard, but still it hurts to get so little for the money. + quiet room towards the back of the house + clean room + free wifi + nice hosts... More

Well, I did not have a nice stay in Oxford. The guest houses in Iffley road share one bad characteristic which is being located by main busy road. If you are unlucky enough to stay in the front rooms i.e. by the main road, you will have a nightmare stay i.e. very disturbed night sleep. The cars definitely exceed the... More

I spent a night in this B&B when needing to find accommodation at short notice with a group of my friends so we didn't know what to expect... we could not have been better looked after! The family that run the B&B are very accommodating, the communal areas (breakfast room) is light and airy and overlooks the very well maintained... More

However, the staff was the nicest you'll find! They Will Do pretty Much anything for their guests!! Good location, only a few minutes with bus... More

We spent 2 nights at Milka's, and although we thought it expensive at £95 a night the owner was very welcoming and helpful, even giving us a lift to a local pub. We had the loft room at the back which was quiet and roomy and very clean, with all the usual facilities. The only disappointment was the cooked breakfasts,... More

Milka's is certainly a better class of B & B than most but it is really expensive. The room we stayed in was very pleasant but the shower and toilet room was very small indeed. All the facilities that one might find in a hotel room were there including television and tea making equipment. The breakfast was very good with... More

Typical B&B just outside of Oxford city centre. The building is 4 houses knocked through together. The whole place is very clean and tidy. We had a room at the back of the property as other reveues said the front can be a bit noisy due to the main road it is on. Room was very quiet. TV, tea and... More

We stayed here in order to attend a friend's wedding in town, about a 20 min walk. The property is easy to find & there is parking available too :-). There is a bus stop nearby also. Our room was at the back of the property so i cannot comment whether road noise would be an issue in a front... More
