We stayed here over the August Bank Holiday weekend and had a lovely time. The rooms are comfortable with trendy decor and accommodation is very reasonably priced. We were made to feel really welcome in the pub, which is a lively village local. We also had a fabulous day in Oxford and had great fun on the Ghost Tour.

Horspath village is about 10 mins from Oxford - probably 15 mins from the nearest Park and Ride - so staying at the Queen's Head provides a good alternative to the hassle of driving in Oxford and trying to find places to park. Spent the night here whilst in Oxford for a show. It was probably slightly further from the city centre than we wanted but it was reasonably priced, had everything we needed, and the staff were very friendly. The live music on saturday night was an unexpected bonus

This place is a home from home, Close enough to oxford city centre for a short taxi ride ( under £10 ) but with all the beauty of the country. The rooms are perfectly adequate.The owners are like old friends and you can enjoy a drink with them in the bar or restaurant. A great little find.
