If you are looking for a place in Oxford that is not expensive, but still gives you the service you might expect from a hotel that is charging double the price, then The Isis is just the place. We had a lovely time in Oxford and the accommodation so near to Oxford University just added to the whole experience.

We visited Oxford for my Niece's wedding on Saturday. We stayed at the Isis Guest House, Iffley Road, Oxford.Everything was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were really helpful. The hotel is really close to the town centre and has a private carpark. I will definitely return on my next visit to Oxford.

The Isis Guest House is only open during the University's summer holidays, as it's really accommodation for St Edmund's Hall. It is college accomodation, so fairly basic in terms of decor..But it's clean, well-heated and absolutely terrific if you want to work, as there's a desk in each room.
