This is a small quaint hotel. It's more like a bed-and-breakfast as the staff treat you as family. Wi-Fi is spotty and not only available in some places. It is always available in the center lobby. Some rooms are very small as mine was, and the shower is very small as well. But if you want a nice private getaway... More

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago. The hotel is located in the centre of Henley not farfrom theThames. The rooms were very spacious and well presented, beautifully decorated with chocolate browns and greens. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a fantastic Scottish breakfast in Loch Fyne that was very reasonably priced. We'd definitely return.

The breakfast was great, and we didn't have any issues with service which other reviewers have mentioned. This is not an expensive hotel, and when you deduct the cost of the breakfast which was included its very very competitive, but I would have preferred to have paid a bit more and had a bed that was a little less tired... There are not very many heart-warming sights to beat the centre of Henley-on-Thames in full festive mood and on a cold early evening in December there are few locations better than the central Market Place – with the added bonus of windows that over-looked the town’s stunning and gloriously dressed Christmas tree! Although the hotel’s unpretentious signage made it a... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is perfect for visiting Henley. The welcome was excellent. All the staff were cheerful and efficient. Although I have read varying reviews for the Loch Fyne restaurant, it was very good. Both off our meals were delicious and our waiter on Saturday night was great (sorry can't remember his name). The... More

We stayed 2 nights for a weekend break in Room 6, top floor overlooking the market place, christmas trees and sparkly lights. It was lovely.......the room is big, large very comfy bed, spotlessly clean, high ceiling into the roof with old wooden beams gallore. The en-suite was a good size, a shower, no bath. The shower cubicle needs a scrub... More

Our room was of a very good size and the bed comfy. Good price to include breakfast. The location in this lovely town is excellent. The bathroom does need some attention though, the shower curtain probably needs replacing. The washbasin is tiny, and one of the towel rails fell off its fixing. The tiling/grouting in the shower needs attending to.... More

Stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it, the room was big the on-suite was a good size and overhaul the room was very nice. The bed was so comfy and all the bedding was good quality and fresh. This room (7) was on the top floor and overlooked the road at the front but wouldn't say it was... More

I spend much of my life staying in anonymous, chain hotels for business and when I find a hotel with a little character, I seize on the chance to stay there. I wasn't disappointed with Milsoms. The location is great - 10 minutes walk from the station in the middle on Henley. It's an old house, converted and belongs to... More

I was slightly worried about the room sizes after seeing other reviews, but our room was really spacious, although friends with us did have a smaller room. Butt it didn't matter as the location was spot on for exploring and being near everything you need in lovely Henley.
