I found the hotel very pleasant, room was good, though i thought the shower water temperature could have been warmer . Have now stayed in 3 other HdV - getting steadily worse! Incomprehensible, unhelpful front desk. Poor maintenance in room (electrical supply failed totally 3 times - surly engineer) tv remotes u/s etc. Tatty furniture. Air con u/s. Lavatory in a cupboard, extract fan u/s.
