A lovely Hotel. Staff were really polite, attentive and helpful. Room was more than adequate, instant hot water every day. My only criticism is that the breakfast was cold on both mornings. Staff done their best to replenish but a bit of a nuisance. Plenty of it though.

This was our first stay in the Crown and Cushion. A pleasant ambience and good facilities. The whole place has a well kept look. Our room was very reasonably priced, roomy, nicely equipped, clean and very comfortable. The staff were polite at all times, attentive yet not intrusive. We had a bar meal on two evenings - lambs liver and... More

Me and my family stayed at the Crown and Cushion on a Friday till Sunday. We are a family of five and I was worried as we have young children, our youngest being three. But we were welcomed and there was no problems at all. Very family friendly. The staff are so friendly and are always willing to help. The... More

Stayed one night here, and found the hotel very nice. Room was clean , very hot water , staff very friendly. The breakfast was very good ,eat as much as you like. This hotel is good value for the Cotswolds, it has a nice swimming pool. Would stay again.

We chose the Crown and Cushion in Chipping Norton as it was a central location for relatives from various places in the UK to travel to, We had rooms reserved for us and a venue for a buffet lunch. All the staff made us welcome and were very helpful. The pool was a good size and the water was warm enough... More

A centrally located hotel in the heart of Chipping Norton, ideal for shopping, walking and exploring the Cotswolds. The rooms are traditional with some having lovely four poster beds. The hotel bar is quaint and the restaurant had a selection of nice meals on the menu. All staff were courteous and very helpful.

We booked as a family for a weekend break, the staff are all young and appear to be Eastern European, they were smart, attentive and helpful, the room was across the car park which was not a problem, however some guests might object. Food is expensive in the Cotswold's so the prices in the hotel were comparable with what one... More

Stayed here last year for the weekend of the International Air Tattoo. Have to say I was concerned due to some of the none too complementary comments. However..... we given a large room with a beautiful four poster bed, roll top bath and seating area. An early start was required on the first morning and a request made for a... More

Will definitely return on my next trip. TV wasn't working and was fixed within the hour. Breakfast included was basic but would cater for everyone in a self serve room off the... More

The hotel is right in the middle of town but I was in an annexe in the car park so it wasn't too noisy from outside, but there wasn't much insulation between the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and clean but the showers were useless. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit... More
