Beautifully presented house and gardens with a wonderful hostess and a great location. Exquisite breakfast and refreshing to find somewhere so welcoming of a lively toddler. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great family room with curtained anteroom for child's bed. Only disappointment was the small size of the single room in which my mother was staying. What a fantastic B&B!!!!! It certainly beats some of the 4 star hotels we have stayed in, Shelley was most helpful and kind i would recommend this b&b to all. The beds are comfortable the breakfast absolutely divine! Rooms are luxurious. We are hoping to stay again very soon!!!!!! more

We stayed for two nights recently after reading the reviews here. Cotland House is a lovely place to stay and Shelly is brilliant, gave us loads of info about the area - best places to eat, where to vist etc and her breakfasts are great!! We would definitely stay there again. more

Stayed here for my Birthday and thought it was one of the nicest little B&Bs I have been to. I broke my flip flop getting out of the car and Shelley immediately offered me a pair of sparkly sandals to walk into town with.
