We went last evening to the Inn for All Seasons nr Burford for an impromptu supper - having driven past many times. The menu was wide and varied, we had Healthy Fish (Pollock) and Chips, which was marvellous with granary breadcrumbs. The owners were utterly charming. Clearly very capable, the chef owner had been there with his wife and family... More

I booked this Inn for a birthday treat for my Husband. When we checked in we were greeted by a very pleasant young lady, who showed us to our room. I did book a standard room, but I think we were up graded to the four poster room. It was fine, plenty of space, large bathroom,Very clean, tea/coffee.etc. We stayed... More

Excellent Mothers Day Lunch in this delightful Cotswold inn. We were a party of 10 with 4 young children. We were given our own room which made the lunch a very pleasurable experience for everyone. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive . The added surprise of the children being given a potted plant to... More

I have just returned from three nights with my humans and would like to tell you about it. Rooms - We had a very nice, large room (room 1) with a large bed, nice bathroom and lots of storage space and apparently lots of tea and coffee. There was a nice space outside the bedroom which was big enough for... More

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay - 8th and 9th March. I read a couple of the negative reviews of this place before our trip and just don't understand them. Its a 16th century coaching inn and so don't expect a boutique Manhattan 5* hotel!. We could find nothing at all to complain about. All the... More

A warm welcome for us humans and the dog too. Good location to visit Cotswold usual haunts. Room was clean with towels and toiletries provided. Food was very good with a wide range of dishes including fresh fish. Our dog was allowed everywhere except the formal dining room but he was accommodated with us at a table at one end... More

My Husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this old Cotswold Inn. We came on an Amazon deal which was exceptional value and included a three course meal with a bottle of wine on our first night and breakfast each morning. The food was all fresh and cooked to perfection, the staff are very friendly... More

Just got back from 2 night stay at this hotel with an Amazon local break. Had a lovely time. It is a friendly family run hotel. Lovely old character building with log fires. Food is cooked fresh and the breakfasts and dinners we had were excellent and the drinks reasonably priced. Our bedroom was very comfortable with a good tv.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of an Amazon deal ( a Christmas gift) so don't know the cost. Although the Inn is situated on a busy main road the traffic noise did not bother us even though our room faced the road. We had room 7 on the first floor. Our room was old and quirky but... More
