I stayed here for a night when travelling up the country to visit relatives. A bit wary as i was a lone traveller i could not have found a better welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bar was small but perfect with tealights and lovely sofas. I ate Tapas and drunk good wine and felt safe and... More

My mother in law booked a weekend away for all of the family in Nottingham. She lives in Florida so looked up hotels on the internet. Yarleys (by the castle) has a fabulous web page and sells itself as a smart boutique hotel. Hower on arrival... It is a grubby, tacky, worn out hotel hotel in bad need of love... More
