Good points Really lovely building Nice location Nice staff Good bedroom Lets your dog stay Reasonable price Bad points Freezing cold (heating was not even on low) anywhere in hotel If you have any walking difficulties (check where your room is) we walked so far through so many doors, along corridors and up narrow stairs to reach our room

Perfectly adequate but getting a little tired. Staff friendly and was told the grounds around were lovely - unfortunately it was rather cool and raining so were unable to check this out. Was disappointed to find I had to hump my suitcase up two flights of stairs as there was no lift and no help offered. Breakfast good.

Friendly staff nice historic building and grounds good breakfast and carparking. Small rooms but clean and well maintained. Small shower (not for the fuller figure). Stairs to negotiate to rooms Otherwise okay. Good bar area.
