Beautiful old country house set in good location for activities in and around nearby Nottingham. Located close to A60. Clean and comfortable and good value for money.

3 members of our party could only have cold showers. Excellent location, set in the middle of a country park but only 10 min drive from nottingham. Very grand exterior. Room was basic but had plenty of character, modern bathroom with a powerfull shower. Good breakfast with plenty of choice on the hot buffet.

I stayed in room 14 for 2 nights. The hotel itself is beautiful. At night it is silent and in the morning I woke up with birds singing. The staff was helpfull. Since one could only have dinner after 19:00 (20:00 for my biological clock) I took a bar meal. Good food for a nice price. The WiFi internet connection... More
