we arrived to find the hotel in the centre of nottingham well situated for all amenities, when we got to the room we were shocked to see a double bed room with the bed directly up against the wall therefor one person had to clamber over the other to get out, the room was extremely hot no air con and... more

I booked this with Lastminute.com for a Saturday night out for me and hubby to a show at the Ice Arena. Usually just stay at the Travelodge on visits to Nottingham but the deal here was good. Did a secret hotel booking (knowing it was the Hilton) and got a great deal including breakfast for £59. Was a little worried... more

I always associated the Hilton brand with luxury but after 2 days in Nottingham I've definitely changed my opinion. Mould flaking paint and bird droppings on your window ledges. 2. A room that... more

I was a bit concerned after I'd read some of the reviews on this website, however, when we checked in I wasn't concerned at all. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Nottingham. Indeed, this place could have been better, given that: 1) It occupied one of the best locations in Nottingham. Victoria Centre is just beside the hotel. 2) Complimentary use of health club. There is a pool.... more

We booked it as it was central, and kids eat free. We took grand kids 7 + 5, who enjoyed the pool, and the location. It was tired yes, but it was clean. The staff were fantastic, and could not have been better. We had a leaking shower head and they offered to change the room, they were that good.... more

My Family and I have just returned from a three night stay in nottingham Hilton, on arrival we were allocated a room on the third floor which was very dirty, floorboards creaking, window frames mouldy and the ceiling in the bedroom was falling down! after complaining we were offered two other rooms, both of these were equally as untidy as the first,cigarette... more
