I dont know why there has been a reference to Ikea. Our bedroom was bright, clean and tidy.  We did have a business room which I think may be bigger. This is definately a fairly basic hotel, the room and bathroom were small but I was only staying one night so that was fine. Oh dear!!! Cold, tiny, clinical rooms that require a visit to the chiropractor after watching a TV fixed to the wall where the only suitable position to watch it is from the luggage rack!! The Park Inn Nottingham staff couldn't do enough for us, our stay was overall very good. The newly refurbished rooms are of a good size and the decor is very modern and bright. Modern hotel with good rooms and parking (unusual for Nottingham) However hotel full of minor problems: breakfast food lukewarm,:people placed in wrong category rooms; shower caps and soaps and shampoos and teabags not rplaced: towels only replaced every 3 days.
