It's the little things let let this place down and some of them are so easy to put right! For example there are 2 menu's; bar and restaurant food both of very similar prices but it depends where you sit as to what you can have. I paid £41 for a tiny room (approx 10 ft x 25 ft) and no included breakfast. We had to squeeze around the bed. There was no wardrobe or hangers provided.
