Not bad plAce to stay for a night but the staff should really keep an eye on who's going in which room I caught a man who looked around 59 with a girl no older than 16 it was disgusting. Don't think I'll be going back there again anytime soon.

My son and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It's in a centrally located position, handy for most things. The rooms are adequate. The food has been lovely although the vegetarian options have been weird. Staff friendly and helpful on ever interaction. The hotel looks tired. It needs alot of money invested.

Dreadful, filthy and the worst hotel I have stayed in in my entire life. The room was thick with dirt and dust, the windows wouldn't open properly and when we did finally get them open wouldn't stay open. The bathroom was filthy, there was no plug in the sink, the carpet was worn, the bedsheets had rips in and stains... More

I will like to start with that I do not normally bother with this sort of site but if it saves anyone having to get ripped off at this place then it is well worth the effort. I payed top dollar for a tip of a room and a indifferent breakfast that would not go a miss in correction canteen.... More

Ditto to all the negatives already written - stains, torn furnishings, wooden shutters(!) etc etc., queen size mattress on a king size bed! Still only one lift working (& this on a busy Bank holiday weekend!). Had one meal there & wouldn't have another.....tomato soup that was brown - definitely not tomato. Pasta that was extremely over cooked and very... More

Perfect and cheap for a nights stay. Large clean rooms but the whole hotel feels tired and in need of a bit of tlc to bring it into the 21st century! Cheap parking available just across the street and 5 min walk to market square so a very good location for Nottingham.

this hotel was probably ok in 1984. now it's rather sad. beds, furniture, decor, carpets haven't been updated /fixed /replaced since then. the staff are kind - they know it's terrible and they are doing their best. Management are presumably just waiting for it to just fall to bits before they make everyone redundant. I wouldn't go back but there again... More

The room was a bit shabby but view was great. Then next day we tried breakfast. Rubber mushrooms and bacon, dry black pudding, stewed beans and tomatoes and coffee that tasted like industrial effluent. Avoid like the plague!! also the internet was useless!

All was well until trying to eat their breakfast. Just awful. One mouthful and felt Ill. Never again. On the positive side the orange juice is rather nice. Avoid the cooked breakfast and the coffee...

Great value business stay. Very helpful and efficient receptionist called Shirley. A very nice lady. Good city centre location for access to everything. Car park adjacent. A nice change from a Travelodge plus breakfast is available if you choose.
