“Clean but I you're a Platinum card holder don't expect to feel special!”

A standard business trip but I wasn't welcomed or given any special privileges as a Platinum Priority card holder, only offered wifi at £5 instead of £7.50. I did ask what Platinum member should expect as an incentive to stay and was told "cheap wifi". I won't be back what with so many other hotels to choose from!

“Pleasant and Efficient”

I only stopped here for one night between meetings in the East Midlands, the hotel is a little difficult to find and is not as close to the city centre as I thought but it does have its own parking which is a real premium in Nottingham Check in was efficient and friendly, the room was clean and nicely appointed....
