We booked this hotel as we found it was reasonably priced considering it was a bank holiday weekend, and had a good location. On arrival you buzz to get in, the receptionist merely opened the door then walked off, a "good afternoon" would've sufficed. The reception had a very unpleasant smell resembling a soiled cat litter tray. We were asked... More

Nice enough hotel, good location on bus route and free parking. Really nice staff. Had a twin room on the ground floor - we could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms, but the beds were comfy so it didn't prevent sleep!

Stayed here in room of three workung away. After a very long day, got back to hitel and had to have a cold shower. Shower was fixed next day but no discount was forthcoming as a good will gesture, not even a free round of drinks.shower was fixed next day. Breakfast is ok but overpriced. Better off with wetherspoon breakfast... More

Stayed overnight for a NTU open day, with 3 teenagers. Parking on site for free, great. As described in other reviews, clean and comfortable - a bit of a hike to town but frequent buses outside. Great as they had a triple room for children. they had own beds in a triple room, and they slept well (had to wake... More

I stayed here with a couple of mates to watch a footy match in Nottingham as this was one on the few places that could accommodate a triple room. We paid £30 each and for that price we pretty much got what we expected. The room was clean and the staff were friendly enough. The bathroom was nice enough but... More

I write this as I lay in a freezing cold bed in a room that feels colder than the winters' night outside. We were moved rooms because the previous room had a broken shower (these things can happen though, so let's not complain too much). This room is unbelievably cold.....and the shower runs at whatever temperature it feels like, varying... More
