I stayed here the 1st night of a 5 week SuperbTrip to the Greek Cyclades Islands via Italy in order to get a £15 flight from East Midlands Airport to Milan. Everything was excellent. Very comfortable bed, clean, good facilities, great service. A gem.

Very comfortable and clean! The kitchen has everything you need, the rooms are big and nice. The staff is very helpful, and the location is very good as well, close to the city center and with good bus connections to everywhere in Nottingham.

I spent a night in one of the annexe rooms which was called 'Boat' (2 single beds). It faced the street but was very quiet. there was a shared bathroom but this was very close and not a problem. Igloo is centrally located in the city offering a friendly place to stay. The bedrooms are cosy, warm and inviting. Very clean, plentiful hot showers. Spacious kitchen , tea and coffee available at all times and everything you need to prepare meals. Other guests were mainly young European backpackers, including several long-term tenants. The place has a friendly, slightly hippy vibe. The kitchen had enough to make dinner. Rooms were clean and tidy. For £16/night I have no complaints, and will use the place again.

We stayed at the Annexe in a private room, the shared bathroom was fine. The stuff was kind but not so helpfull (they gave us only maps or flyers, not any other advice about places to visit).
