This was an internet booking on the Hilton site; the room booked was 'Double Deluxe' and promised bathrobe, slippers and a bottle of wine. These were never produced even though I complained on arrival having seen the room; the items called a Diamond Package were promised by the receptionist who then went off duty. Stayed with my Boyfriend for a 2 night stay whilst he had some Silverstone experiences to partake in, booked for dinner, bed and breakfast first night second night was just bed and breakfast for £70 each night per room. This hotel had spacious rooms with nice beds as well as a good shower and bathroom. Also had a good desk set-up for work. Room was not that well-soundproofed so you tended to hear hallway noises, etc. The hotel is not really in Northampton but is convenient to the motorway.
