Despite this hotel being in Nottingham, I cannot fault it in any way. Rooms- excellent bathrooms- well fitted and spotless restraurants and bar- excelletn quality and price location- smack in town centre customer service and staff- first class enough said.

A nice clean modern hotel, great location, nice friendly staff. room was good size and really clean and the bed was very comfy would stay again !

Great hotel, well located in the city centre, swimming pool, good restaurant. Large car park, currently partially modernised, but older rooms are good also. Large, clean bathrooms, good bar, very good staff. Breakfast quality can vary.

I had stayed there last month - the hotel ambience is warm and cheerful. Keeps homesickness at bay. However the rooms could have had a wardrobe. Hotels and B&Bs in the Northampton town centre are pretty awful, this one is decent, but don't expect any miracles. Rooms are OK, but the ambiente is nil and breakfast is only average. The bar area isn't great either and the service could be a lot better.
