Room 111 was cold on arrival. I had to ask the receptionist how to turn the heating up. She said, "Oh, I'll have to go and turn the boiler on". Then back to reception as there was only one towel for both of us. One of the bedside lamps did not work and half of the security latch on the... More

Visited for 1 nights stay. Booked well in advance so price really good.room was fine bed comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities fine. Bathroom ok but extractor u/s in fact cover fell off. Food at the adjacent pub was awful. The place was hot and stuffy and at 20.00 the food was dry and the beef could have soled my shoes.

I stayed here for the MotoGP weekend as it was one of the nearest lodges to Silverstone that was not ridiculously price hiked for that period. At 15 miles away it was a easy ride to and from the circuit. The lodge itself was warm and welcoming after a long day. It is appointed as is the Travelodge model, no... More

Over the years we have stayed in many Travelodges, which have always been satisfactory, but this one was delightful. The hotel was originally part of the Taverner's Inn chain and the room was completely different to the usual bland Travelodge design. It was more like an old fashioned offering, with a free standing wooden wardrobe, proper table lamps on the... More

Stayed at this lodge a number of times. Not quite as convenient as those closer to the A45 but not too far off. With a Toby carvery close by, clean quiet warm rooms and hot water it fulfils all my criteria for good value accommodation. Recommended

Arrived late after a long journey to find that they had only one person booked into each of the two double rooms we had booked so had to wait whilst they sorted out the extra towels, etc. Rooms were adequate, but (having previously stayed in some of the more modern Travelodges) they are dated and - although clean - need... We have just returned from what can only be described as a disappointing stay at the Northampton Round Spinney Travelodge. Our bed featured a pronounced dip making it very uncomfortable, the shower pressure was nothing short of laughable and for some reason there was no catch on the back of the bedroom door. Overall I would sum the hotel up... More

Bath had lost its grip and was dangerous as was the tiled floor when stepping out. Bath too high to step into comfortably and was totally unsuited to a disabled person - room given for disabled person
