Really lovely B&B; beautifully decorated and very warm welcome; lots of good advice about local pubs, fireworks and walks. Great place to stay after doing the Wolf Run....owners gave us tea, warm showers and directed us to local pub for hot lunch so that we could recover. Quiet countryside location within walking distance to at least 2 pubs. Highly recommended.... More

We were set up here for work on the M1, turned out to be one of the best places I've stayed at. There's an Annex that's fit for 3 people; a main bedroom, a futon and a chair that folds out into a bed. This was really cozy and comfortable, you could have your privacy but still have plenty of... I was sent to stay at Shepherds row for business and I had a fantastic time. The annex room I stayed in was neat and tidy with lots of nice touches everywhere from homemade cookies to sheep related household accessories. Jane prepared an excellent breakfast each day and Charles even came to the pub with me when I needed a... More

My wife and I chose to stay here to mark our wedding anniversary and we're so glad we did. We chose here for it's proximity to Althorp and the Kilworth House Theatre both of which we visited during out three night stay. From an initial very warm welcome from Charles as we arrived to the continuing warm company and hospitality... More

Needed a place to stay close to Sywell airfield and chose Shepherds Row after consulting Trip Advisor. Well deserved high scores with beautifully presented room all the amenities and a great shower! Greeted by Charles who on hearing we wanted to walk around the village produced a map with suggested routes. Breakfast was delicious and certainly set us up of... More

We needed a B&B to stop over in on our way home from our holiday in Wales. We chose this area and Shepherds Row was no.1 in the area so we decided to book here. So glad we did! The hosts were lovely and helped us park and then showed us to our gorgeous room. The bathroom was stunning and... More

An exceptional warm wlecome was given to us by Jane and Charles. The room was outstanding, beautiful bedding, extra pillows available, a stack of towels and with so much attention to detail - nothing got missed even the home made biscuits and fresh milk for teas and coffee. The shower room was clean, tidy with all the little extras that... More

Fabulous place to stay for our visit to Althorp. Jane had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, shame we were only there one night. Lovely comfortable room + en suite, with lots of personal touches. Handmade quilts were a delight! will definitely go back again very soon.

Ive just spent the last three weeks in this fantastic B&B, Jane and Charles are first class hosts, and can never be too helpful. There are only three rooms, the twin, the double and the annex, and i managed to stay in all three, all the rooms are immaculate, lovely big warm showers, tea and coffee facilities in the room,... Second time in this delightful cottage, amazing breakfast, local honey and very helpful people, and the Pytchley up the road for a splendid steak. Always a friendly welcome from Nick and Jane. Top class very professional and home made bread. What more could you want.
