This is our second visit to the Burswood it is very welcoming the rooms have everything you could wish for.. George and Maureen are very helpful nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend this guest house to anyone you will deffinately not be disappointed. more

We were only able to stay one night but out of the many B&B places we have stayed this must rate as the best. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail with gowns, slippers, fresh milk, a selection of teas, a small fridge a superb shower its all there. We arrived as strangers and felt that we left as friends. more

Stayed for just one night over the bank holiday weekend. Appreciated the fact that we could just book for the single night as many places in York had a minimum 2-night stay at the weekend.
