This guest house is superb,very easy to find on main road with free off road parking.About 30 min stroll to city centre or a regular bus is available.Rooms are beautiful,just like home,breakfasts are excellent and very good choice.Book up before you miss out.Will definetly return to this B & B. more

Paul and Julie are the perfect hosts and offered lots of help and guidance for relative strangers to York. The hotel is well positioned for visiting attractions.
