Great bed and breakfast! Clean and staff fantastic! Superb location,10 minutes walk to york minster and shops, restaurants. Will definatly return and will be recommending to freinds and family. Free parking a big bonus in york.

Free WiFi, free parking and full English.......what more could you ask for! Room 4 (single) was very clean and comfortable. The separate, shared bathroom and toilet are of the highest standard. Would definitely stay again. Ps great B&B, but sure about a 4* rating. I guess is relative to others of a lower standard
