We stayed here for one night which was enough! Stayed in one of the rooms outside, which was filthy and smelly. God knows what the kitchens were like so could not eat the breakfast. Do not stay here, even though the location is good

Stayed there for two days in the summer. The manager is friendly, and the location is good. Our room was quite clean as well. TV on the room is small, but decent selection of channels. From the outside the hotel looks quite filthy. It is dirty, and cigarettes everywhere. Small hall, just enough place for our luggage. Breakfast is traditional British.... More

For the price we paid we were very... More

There are two ways you can view Blossoms both of which I shall cover in this review. Blossoms is a tired hotel. A very, very, tired hotel. And as with any building that is that old, you have to work extremely hard with the cleaning to compensate for the age and wear. Blossoms hasn't. And, as a result, worn fixtures... More

We contacted Blossoms at very short notice after our booked rooms at another guest house were made unavailable. We needed a room for 6 and luckily the staff were able to move a few people around and fit us in. We were staying in York for Christmas shopping and understandably most guest houses we tried were full so we were... More
