Handy for city centre and most things in York. Value for the money. Bad points, someone had smoked and left empty wine bottles in our room. Soon sorted but should not have been required.

Definately worth consideration when visiting York. You can't get a much more central hotel, good rooms, good food, good service - what else do you need for a good city break ! Would certainly return and recommend

Stayed Here for wifes birthday . Hotel very clean and bedrooms well appointed. I chose a room with a river view which was most delightful. Lovely buffet breakfast each morning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location, quiet yet handy for attractions and station. Enjoyed it that much we have booked for christmas.
