A great little guest house with exellent breakfasts and easy walking distance from York city centre. Carole could not be a more friendly and welcoming host all in all would recommend this guest house to all.

Plenty of choice for breakfast with a cracking Full English. Good location for exploring York by foot, only a ten minute walk into the city centre. Lots of information at hand for local restaurants & site seeing. Will definitely go back if vacancies are available.

This b&b has really nice decor and has a homely and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was nicely decorated and well equipped with chocolates, tea etc. Our only criticism was that the room was a bit cold but it was snowing.
