we stayed for one week in august. no weekly rate offered. hotel website contradictory. hotel bill taken from credit card a week before arrival. no one in hotel on our arrival, then hotelier claimed we were expected later. towels (worn & unmatched) changed once in the week. bedding not changed at all. cleaning cursory. tea & coffee facilities but only... more

dates of visit 10 thro 15 july 2003 we thought lynton house was well above average in all departments and had obviously been well cared for by the owners who were so charming and helpful it made our stay in england super and would highly reccommend lynton house to anyone more
