Just got back from a 2 night stay with the wife. camera and ghost meter. didnt come across any spirits apart from in the bar, however if i had i would have been out of the door. Nice cheap break, did not expect anything more for my money paid, but did get value. Peter & Pat more

We had booked in at the Golden Fleece as we love York, and it is central and for the paranormal reputation, things definatley went bump in the night - but alas they were not paranormal but Marks and Spencers delivery wagons right outsede our window up to 11pm and againd from 5am. The room itself (Shambles-aptly named)had a broken toilet... more

I have not stayed in this 'hotel' but am writing this to make potential guests aware of how unhygenic and disgusting the ladies toilets were when my husband and I popped in for a drink on a Saturday evening about 6pm, while waiting for the Ghost Hunt. One of the bulbs in the (2) cubicles had gone and it was... more

We were not expecting the Radisson or some "no... more
