I was staying in Carlton House for 5 excellent nights. The service is really outstanding, rooms are nice and spacious, the shower nice and hot, the breakfast great. The atmosphere was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms facing the street might be a bit loud in the morning. more

Four of us stayed at this b&b on our way up to Edinburgh. The place was clean, friendly and had a great choice at breakfast. Very close walk to city, with a car park and lots of good restaurants reccomended by the caring staff. more

We stayed at Carlton House for our mini honeymoon and we loved it! Mark and Melanie are so friendly and helpful and the other staff are too!
