Arrived late afternoon and waited some time before getting booked in. Room OK, but breakfast was a let down; selection fine but the food and service were both only luke warm! booking out process took far too long delaying arrival at morning business meeting. It is cheap, could be more cheerful and the service needs to improve.

Stayed at this hotel for my sisters hen weekend. Staff all polite, friendly and helpful and even upgraded the Hen's room to a river view which was a nice touch.
