This is by far the best hotel we have had the pleasure to stay at! All of the staff we met, were a credit to the company and deserve to be told.

Having stayed at this hotel before we decided to return. We stayed for the new year and what a great time we had.
All staff were friendly and efficient.
Room was clean and the bed was lovely and cosey, also the shower area was excellent.

Stayed here when extending a recent business trip to York.
The room was a good size, with some good amenities including mini bar, safe, iron and ironing board. It also had a door leading to the entrance which is ingenious as helps block out some of those hotel noises on corridors.

Excellent mattress! Good food. Convenient location. Helpful staff.
Until checking out the stay was very good. Unfortunately, the checking out process was very slow and the complimentary extras offered (due to a booking mix up) had been charged for.
However, on the whole we would visit again.

Booked a last minute room and upgraded to an executive room as this included free broadband, a coffee maker and Bose docking station (and because it was only £7.95 to upgrade). Also paid for breakfast at time of booking as offering 50% off if you did this.
