We arrived early and were given our choice of rooms and were impressed with them all. The location is perfect, out the door and you're walking the cobbles of the old centre. The room was clean, spacious and had a huge bathroom with tub/shower all recently decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Jimmy (manager) was clear to say he's... More

I booked a one night stay at the Waterfront for an anniversary weekend getaway. After booking and then reading the reviews (bad move!) I stealed myself for an appalling stay. However when we arrived we were greeted by a lovely gentleman and shown into a beautiful, large and clean room. We couldn't have been happier with the room, the location... More

My partner and I had a lovely stay in the Waterfront back in February. It's a very nice and characterful hotel, with great views over the river. I thought £120 was quite expensive for one room-only night - having said that, it is in a very central location with all of the attractions in close walking distance. I would stay... More

Upon arrival (as many people have stated) you do have to ring the hotel to be let in, there is no reception. We were met by a friendly man who showed us to our room. The room was okay, as expected really. It was clean with a good size en suite. Our room overlooked the side street so understandably it... More

Lovely hotel, nice warm room bathroom was a good size. Excellent central location. Lovely view of the river to wake up to :) was a little noisy on the night but to be expected on the main pub route area.

Stayed here new years eve for one night. Cannot believe we paid £150 a night without breakfast it also cost us £25 in parking costs. On arrival we rang the owner to let us in, no smoking signs everywhere and the place stunk of smoke. When we arrived at our room the view of the river was lovely. The room... More

When booking at the Waterfront hotel, we presumed that paying above the prices of majority of the double rooms available in the area, that I would be getting great value for money! We paid £130 for a night’s stay in a double room, this wasn’t including breakfast either! Upon arrival we had to call the number online as there wasn’t... More

Me and my partner visited The Waterfront on friday the 19th of september, my partner had booked our table for two at 7.00. As my partner and I are from Leeds we set of early so we would have plenty of time to find The Waterfront. We arrived outside at 6.45 and went to walk in only to be rudley... More
