Wonderful, friendly hosts, Helen and Nigel have an excellent location here at Palm Court for the sights of York. Our family of 4 stayed in the family room for two nights and were very comfortable. Delicious breakfast each morning. It's a short walk to the York Walls, Minster, Jorvik centre, and The Shambles. A little further to the Railway Museum,... More

I'm pleased to say our experience during our stay at the Palm Court was thrilling and beautiful. Helen and Nigel were spectacular hosts: kind, always helpful and professional, yet able to make us feel incredibly at home even if we were several miles from it. The breakfast was excellent, the room incredibly big, airy and full of light, with a... More

This smashing B & B was just a few minutes walk from the towns shops and restaurants. The hotel was comfortable and clean and served a great breakfast. It had the added bonus of guest parking always at a premuim in York.

A great location just a short walk outside the city walls. A beautiful property, welcoming hosts, and an amazing breakfast included- you can get a Full English, as well as tea, coffee, juice, as well as some other options (we each opted for the ample scrambled eggs and toast). Great start to the day in this beautiful city. Coffee, tea,... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in half term with 2 young children. Got a fantastic family room - loads of space even with 3 single beds and a double in there. Spacious shower room. Some decor might be a bit dated for some, but everything was clean and comfortable which is more important! Our Hosts were lovely and considerate. Looked... More

A friendly, welcoming b and b which has the benefit of parking and a five minute stroll into York. We found our room to be clean and comfortable and enjoyed a hearty breakfast on both mornings of our stay. Hospitable hosts ensured a pleasant and enjoyable break. We would certainly return.

Great BnB. A few minutes walk into York so the ideal location. Room was large, clean, bed comfy, shower was hot and powerful, breakfast was superb (full English for me). Car parking was also much appreciated. Hosts were also most helpful. If you are thinking of visiting York then I highly recommend this BnB.
